Most recently, as Vice President of Trading at MyFundedFutures, Charlie led the build-out of a virtual trading desk and infrastructure supporting professional traders. As President of Blue Row Capital, Charlie focuses on scaling proven trading edge—both internally and through select external traders—while maintaining institutional standards for risk, execution, and durability across all deployed capital.

Matthew Leech is a serial entrepreneur with a demonstrated ability to build successful teams that drive results across the trading, technology, and capital markets sectors.
